The oil branded “Conde D’Ourém” is an extra virgin olive oil of superior quality, obtained exclusively from olives and by mechanically means only, without additives or preservatives, with an acidity of less than 0,5%, yellow and green, fruity, fresh and aromatic.
Consumption suggestion
Usually meant to be served raw, as seasoning, in salads or other, can also be consumed heated or cooked, as an ingredient and used for frying, as well as a conserving agent for olives, sausages and cheeses.
Traditional Olive Oil
The traditional “Conde D’Ourém” is an olive oil made up exclusively of olive oil subjected to a refining process and olive oils obtained directly from olives.

“Conde D’Ourém” is a good quality olive oil obtained exclusively from olives and only through mechanical processes, yellow and green, fruity, fresh and aromatic.
