In the cellar, our wines, of denomination of controlled origin of the Encostas D’Aire, have everything to reach levels of optimum quality. At Divinis we produce good red, white or rosé wines.

We also produce and perpetuate the Ourém Medieval wine, formerly known as “Palhete wine”, a mixture of white grapes and red grapes, a technique from 800 years ago.

The authorized vine varieties authorized for the production of wines on Encostas D’Aire slopes are Aragonez, Baga, Castelão, Tinta Miúda, Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira, which together or separately represent at least 65% of the wine cut.

The authorized white grape varieties, Arinto, Fernão Pires, Ratinho, Seara Nova, Tamarez and Vital, should also compose at least 65% of the cut.
